Hong Kong Disneyland is a place for dream and fantasy. Once we step into the resort, it is totally like another world. Everywhere we can find Disney style decoration, Disney cartoon characters and Disney background music.

The tour starts from the Hong Kong Disneyland. The hotel is like a palace with the main theme of prince and princess. The decorations are very grand and in traditional style.

We follow the tour guide to visit different departments of the hotel, including front desk and guest room. The service standard of the hotel is high and there are four core values: safety, courtesy, show and efficiency. It is easy to discover any one of the core values from every detail in the hotel. For example, at the stairs and floors there are facility for disables to ensure safety. The service attitude of staff shows their courtesy, and some details like hidden mickeys can present perfect show to guests. The standard service time and housekeeping time ensure efficiency.

Then we continued the tour in Disneyland Park. In spite of the brilliant performance, some facilities such as first aid and baby care center show that Disneyland can provide excellent service in a detail and heart-warming way.

Since it was Halloween, there were special night parade. We see a lot, played a lot and experienced a lot while enjoying a day in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
